How to bill office visit (99214) and MNT (97802) on the same day?

Good morning! I do medical billing for an Endocrinologist. We recently hired a Register Dietitian. We are using codes 97802 + 97803. Which modifier do I use to bill Medicare when we bill 99214 and 97802 on the same day?

NCCI Edits donot allow 97803 & 99213 seperately on the same day.
Dietry advice are inclusive to the visit on the same day
