Same here, it's all I can do to get them to take time to give me letter of referral.  A few years back I used to do a monthly newsletter to all my clients and there would be a simple rating card once a year and I think I only had one fill it out. IMO I am ranked each day with the checks coming in. LOL

Exactly Linda!  You get a report card every time you get a timely payment!  You get an A++ for a clean current receivables report!  When the Doctor gets paid, you're golden, but when the money slows or stops, you'll hear about it!
