PT/OT code for Neonates

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and I would truly appreciate your help. I am trying to figure out the CPT code for neonatal ot/pt and would we be able to bill if it was performed by a certified developmental personnel or should it be done by a physician?

I can't help you with this one.  I don't know what the scope of practice would be for certified developmental personnel or what the legalities are with them being supervised, etc.  OT/PT is usually done by occupational or physical therapist??  Also, it will vary by insurance carrier, do they credential certified developmental personnel? 

Sorry, but this is out of my scope.
