UB 04 QUESTION

I have multiple lines to bill - do i put the principal diagnosis first, what if i have a different diagnosis for another line ? where do i put that ?

Michele:
You can list multiple diagnoses on the UB04.  There is no 'diagnosis pointer' like there is on the CMS form.  You put the principal diagnosis first, then the others.

that's how we have been doing it, wanted to make sure.
