Are they private emails? The physician may be annoyed if they are a personal email address. Also, are they all the same specialty or are they all different. It's better if you can make the email specific to their circumstances. I would probably do something on the lines of "with this economy and with insurance carriers being more difficult than ever physicians need to make sure they are collecting all that they are entitled to, and not losing money by letting it slip thru the cracks." Then push that you don't let any claims slip thru the cracks, you follow up on all unpaid claims, handle all denials, file appeals, etc. getting them paid for all services that they are entitled to.
