coding professional and facility charges

Can anyone help me with this.  I am assisting a company doing an audit.  They are questioning the difference between coding for the Professional ER side and for ER on the facility side.  Does the professional side go on a HCFA1500 or an UB92.  They want to audit off of the UB92 for the professional side and I do not think that they can.
