FQHC-Article 28

Hello,

 I am now billing for PC that has several Doctors and will shortly receive a grant called article 28 and then they hope to be FQHC – I wonder what the difference in billing  rules for regular Drs and billing for article 28-?
What I need to know?
If someone is familiar or can guide me to the right place I would very much appreciate it.

Not familiar with Article 28.  Can you elaborate?
