Does it help as a billing service to offer EMR when marketing for new clients if so what are some of the EMR's out there that is cost effective so far I came across Practice Fusion which is free. Thanks in advance for any advice out there

It's really a personal choice.  Personally, I don't want to get into the EMR.  I try to have some to refer them to, but I don't want to offer it.  I get approached by EMR companies all the time who want to "partner" with me.  Which means they want me to sell their EMR software.
