Okay I did buy the book but I have one question how would I go about pricing my services using flat fee billing  if I do remote billing using there software which they averge about 112 to 131 charges a week it's a family practice I am meeting with on Thurs

It would be about the same formula, except if you are using their software then you wouldn't allow that cost into your formula.  Also, are you printing there? Using clearinghouse connection thru them?  (Do they pay the fees?)  Etc.  Just take out any expenses from the formula that you don't incur directly since you are doing remote billing.  It should work out.
