billing q's regarding NON-Surg TOP

Hello everyone !!!
just joined the crowd and allready have questions. :)
I am wondering if any1 knows how to code NON surg term of pregnancy in office setting. We used to bill 59855 but CMS says that this code is to be used for hospital setting ONLy (pvt office is inapropriate place of service). Any ideas.  THANKS A LOT.  DG
