I believe I read in your website that you are coming out with a new book on billing for PT, OT, ST.  When will it be out? 
Can I preview what all it will cover?  How much will it cost?

I'm actually working on finishing it up over the weekend.  Keep a watch on the forum and we will post next week when it should be available and what it will cover.
