Where Can I Go for Career Advice

Can anyone recommend a good website or can it even be this one to get good career advice or at least feedback on workplace issues? In my previous worklife, I did not always make good decisions when I was faced with a work problem. In this economy and at my age, I need to make better decisions but need help in knowing how to respond to certain situations I find myself facing.

This is not a specific medical question about billing or coding but more about a general worklife question within a medical billing practice.

For business advice, the SBA business counselors have been invaluable.  You can usually find them through a local community college.
