When I am preparing a claim do I need to put the interns name on it or just the supervising?

Michele:
The question is a little vague, but I believe it goes under the supervising.

rdmoore2003:
supervising physician must be used.

Michele:
Thanks rdmoore.  I thought so but was experiencing a fog in the brain!  Glad someone confirmed.
