billing fall/injury

Senario:  Estblsh pt seen today..  dx= fall/injury (home on lawnmower), neck pain, shoulder pain, low back pain and  knee pain.. My question is  on the hcfa should box 10C states Yes (other accident) and should I include fall/injury dx on the claim..  What's the correct dx for fall/injury listed above E888.9 or E919.0..   Thanks so much for your help..

The E code goes AFTER the neck pain etc. codes, and E888.8 (Other Fall) would be more appropriate unless the fall was CAUSED by the lawnmower.
