I have a patient that was admitted to the hospital for a few weeks and while he was in, they had his dialysis treatment done. How can I add the dialysis treatment to my inpatient claim?

What are you billing for?? The hospital charges? The physician who saw him in the hospital? Sorry but I'm confused as to what claim you are adding it to.
