Sales tax for private pay collections?

I am a new owner of a medical billing business in Texas. A prospective client told me that her current contracted biller does not do collections for private pay, because she (the biller) would have to charge sales tax. Does this sound accurate?VGXHBM

What is she selling?? Seriously, I'm not sure why she is saying that. I have not heard of sales tax for private pay, collections, or anything like that.
