Office Visit coverage/D.E.N.I.S.

Does anyone know what the coverage code Letters/and or numbers may be to look up on a person's contract using D.E.N.I.S. to see if their office visits are a covered benefit?, or is it different with each contract?    I am talking about looking it up directly under their own benefit package, not procedure code.
