In my experience many doctors lose a lot of money by having someone in charge of their billing that either doesn't understand, or just doesn't care.  Unfortunately the doctor usually doesn't do anything about it.  Sometimes they just are completely unaware, and sometimes it's too much for them to change.

Michele, I am sure you do, but when you are obtaining new clients/providers, do you do an analysis of their business? I think this is very good marketing and a "sales" pitch to review his AR. Showing them where they are losing money, how you can decrease the AR days etc.

Yes that is a great tool.  We do offer to do an analysis at no charge because you can always find somewhere that they are losing money!
