NPI Number for Physician SUpplier

We are a sleep practice and sell CPAP to our patients. However, we do not sell to Medicare or Medicaid patients. Two questions- Do we need a separate NPI number for the DME products? Even though we don't bill Medicare/Medicaid? Or do we just use the practice NPI?

Michele:
One business, one EIN number,   only needs One Type II NPI.  You do not need separate NPI's for different types of insurance.
