How to find payrates for providers

I'm trying to find payrates for acupuncturist in my area with different insurance claims. How do I go about doing this?

Michele:
You would have to contact each carrier to see what their rates are.  Some will not give out rates if the provider is not in network or until after the credentialing is done.

PMRNC:
Nor will they give out R&C/U&C amounts.
