Mammogram Charges

I work in the Billing Office for a Hospital and we filed a claim with: CPT Codes 77080, 77052, & G0202.  We received payment on 77080 & 77052, but the Payor denied 77080 saying the Primary Diagnosis (v76.12 other mammogram screening) does not support this CPT.  We also filed 2 other Diagnosis Codes (733 Osteoporisis & 627.2 symptom of menopause).  Any help or suggestions?
