Repositioning of Power Port

The physician repositioned a "flipped" power port, but he did not use fluoroscopy. He located the port through the incision. 36597 is with fluoroscopy, so with this procedure, should it be billed 36597-52? Thank You

I tried to do some research and I was unable to find anything, but my personal opinion is that I would use 36597-52 as you are considering. I wouldn't feel comfortable using an unlisted code for this.
