Hey guys guys I wanted to share a little advice for the ones who is having trouble marketing I did buy the new ebook Marketing in the New economy great info thanks Alice. My advice try all diffrent ways to market when I first started marketing I did the mail I got a few clients from there then I start networking and got a few referrals from that. But this time and it's going to shock you and you know what they say you gotta spend money to make money. First I bought a sales leads list from database 101 and picked the doctors I wanted to market to in my area then I ran a ad on craigs list for a part-time appointment setter at 8.00 an hour for 20 hours a week working from home. I had alot of responses but I picked the one person who had a background of cold calling  and marketing I did a trail basis for a day I faxed her 5 pages which was 45 calls just to see what she could do she started 12.19.11 and she has already gotten me 5 appointments I have 3 on 12.28.11 and 1 on 12.30.11 and 1 on 1.27.12. All I can say is God is good and don't give up keep pushing and like Alice mentioned find the right marketing tool that fits you and go with it.

Would you mind telling me what you paid her? because thats a are pretty good conversion rate.  Always re-confirm your appt day before.  Half may not ending up keeping appts but of those who do....Congrats!
