IV INFUSION CODING QUESTION

 Hello

How Do I bill 2 Iv Infusions Done 2 Times in one day for 1 hour one 7.00 AM and 7Pm
I billed Procedure code 96365 twice with modifier 59 and one was denied. Does anyone know The correct way to bill??

I would appeal the denial with an explanation.  I would have expected it to be denied, then filed the appeal.

I already appealed it first level appeal and they denied it procedure code invalid –does anyone know of correct way to bill?

SLITTLES:
I would bill 96365 for 1 hour and 96366 for an additional hour; since infusion was done on same day for a total of 2 hours and it should pay.
