Does anyone know the answer?   We started our own billing company.  So far we have 2 new clients.  My questions is:  If our clients have their own provider id#'s for the insurance companies they accept,so we have to enroll individually with each insurance company to send our claims electronically?  They have their NPI, Medicare ID and Bcbs id#.  Or can we just bill them thru our Office Ally clearinghouse using our submitter id#.   Hope someone can understand and give me an answer.    Thanks

SLITTLES:
The providers need to be enrolled and have provider numbers with each insurance company, not the billing company.  You would bill through your clearinghouse with their provider numbers.  Hope this helps!
