Co-payments on claim

When a Medicare co-payment is collected, is it posted to show on the claim before it is sent to Medicare?

Yes it should be posted as a payment.

 8) There is no co pay for Medicare.

PMRNC:
It's Coinsurance technically but it's the same thing.
