I am new to billing and I have a client that want me to just do patient billing and I do not know how to charge him for just patient billing. Can someone HELP! This is my first client and I want to make a good impression.

Wow, that's a new one to me. Personally, patient billing is not my favorite. I'm not sure how I would go about charging. I would definitely try to estimate my time, plus expenses, postage, envelopes etc.
