Medical Billing - Outsourcing - offshore

I have been receiving many calls lately from companies thinking I am a medical clinic or medical office. What I discovered is they, whoever, they are; are calling randomly to offer Offshore Medical Billing services. They claim very low prices etc. I would think however; not only are doctor's at risk but their patient's personal identifying information is at great risk of Identity theft. These people whomever they are; are hard to understand. Has anyone else encountered these phone calls?

Everyday, at least 4 or 5 times.  It's annoying.  I've learned now that when I answer the phone, if there's a delay (as they patch in to the call) I just hang up. 

AMERICANS need jobs!  Hire local!!!!!

Yep, I have reached the point where I am admittingly RUDE now.  I also block all off shore calls on my cell, business number and even my home since they were actually getting through to me on my phone. One time my daughter answered our home phone and they asked for the owner of PMRNC and my daughter knew from their accent.. she said "Oh no, trust me you don't want to talk to her because she isn't going to be nice to anyone calling from Pakistan!"

They have not managed to call me on my cell but they call nearly everyday on my business line. I am part of the DO not call list but that doesn't seem to work very well! Any Idea on how to stop it? My next step is to be rude I am just trying to avoid going that route if possible..

Trust me, they will leave you no choice but to be rude! You can even take the polite route with a script saying how you do not "Support or endorse, in any way, shape or form, any offshore services." And they will still call.
