I constantly get emails and they use my website and fill out the Contact Us. They will not stop. I have told them that I will not partner/outsource with a company outside the US! They still email me and say that I have not responded to their email. That would be because I am not interested! Maybe with enough of us telling them we will not interested they will get the hint, but I will not hold my breath!!

If your email provider let's you have access to your black list you can actually set it to NOT deliver ANY email from other countries. Mine is set to ONLY deliver email from US. :) If you have a website your host SHOULD ALLOW YOU to block international visits to your website all together.
