Anyone familiar with the HITECH (Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health) Act? Do you have providers signing them?

Do you mean the amended BAA's for HITECH compliance?  Yes, all BAA's should have been ammended as of 1/1/2011  to reflect the "notification of breach" rules and HITECH ACT requirement.
