What is Medical Manager, a practice management system?  I would try their website, they may have a tutorial available online.

Are you talking about Vitera's Medical Manager (SAGE) .. if so they do have training available at: http://www.viterahealthcare.com/support/Training/Pages/Overview.aspx  Don't think it's online and definitely know it's not free.

Yes, I have worked on Medical Manager.. not the easiest of software's to work on ..by far.
