Pelvic Exam and Pap only

If a patient is seen for an Annual Gyn exam but decides not to have the pelvic and pap done at that time and then comes in 2 weeks later for just the pelvic and pap, how is that coded?

Michele:
I would bill the preventative medicine code for the gyn exam (99381-99397) and then the pelvic & pap code for the visit two weeks later.
