Discharge Date on a UB-04

Locator 6 which is the Statement from and through date fields, should the 'From' field be the patient's admit date and the 'Through' field be the Patient's discharge date?

I'm familiar with UB04 billing but I'm not sure what you mean by "locator 6".  What field on the UB04 are you referring to?

FL 6 on the hardcopy, or Field Locator 6 on the hardcopy, per CMS website....
