I received a phone call from home health agecny and requested me to do their billing. I am going to see him on Monday. What will be the best option to charge them, percentage, flat fee or per claim? He is requesting to charge per claim. I thought that if I only have to bill claims then per claim is best option but if have to do f/u also then what will be the best option? I have not done home health billing before so little confused about how to handle meeting to get contract. Please share any experience.
