I send to Chattanooga.   But you may want to find out the address for each client when calling for benefits.

I personally have about 10 different addresses. With Cigna it depends on the plan. I go by what's on back of patient's insurance card.

I am writing from my phone so I don't have the exact address I just verified this with claims this morning, the address for Cigna is the TN one. :). She told me that they no longer use the Scranton, PA one but if ever we send it to the Scranton PA address they will still forward it to the TN address.

Hope this helps. But yes the best way is to use the address on the back of the members card. :).
