CIGNA CLAIM OFFICE ADDRESS???

I have billed Cigna to the wrong address on some occasions but they do forward them to the correct office thankfully :)

I have 8 different claims mailing address for Cigna, it's always best to send to the address that is on back of the insurance card. You can call the provider line and when you give them the patient's ID # they should be able to provide you with the correct address.

If you're billing for chiropractic be sure to call and make sure you don't have to send the claims to ASH for pricing 1st!
