Started new multi-purpose Medical Office need help to reach providers

I am a certified medical coder with over 10 yrs exp. I started my own company as a multi-purpose medical office that offers various services. I offerdclaims follow up, insurance verification and much more. I have be doing media macrketing and mailingcc st cards and I havent  one client yet. can anyone give me some help to get a provider or two?

PMRNC:
It takes time and it takes a multitude of marketing. Are you doing more than direct mail? Website? Do you do any cold-calling, walk in's, what type of networking are you doing?   This is a great time to market but it does take a variety of different method's to reach your target.
