Different types of Hospital Write Off Adjustment Codes

I have listed below, some of the internal adjustment types that my hospital utilizes, and I was wondering if any of you hospital employees that are out there could let me know of any adjustments that perhaps your facility uses that is not in my list. Thanks

1.   Bad Debt Write Off Adj.
2.   Bad Debt Write Off Recovery Adj.
3.   Small Balance Write Off Adj.
4.   Courtesy Discount Write Off Adj.
5.   Employee Discount Write Off Adj.
6.   Administrative Write Off Adj.
7.   Deceased Write Off Adj.
8.   Bankruptcy Write Off Adj.
9.   Billing Error Write Off Adj.
10.   Bundled Procedure Write Off Adj.
11.   Patient Refund Adj.

PMRNC:
I have similar ones but I don't do hospital or facility. I also use individual carrier names to identify the par adjustment. And my write off adjustments identify if there is a financial hardship agreement on file (helps to keep my butt off the hook)

What's nice about tracking all adjustments by carrier is that when it's time to re-credential you can pull reports to weigh your options. :)
