Hello,

Does anyone knows on how many times can a participating provider on medical group can bill medicare for EKG,Anoscopy ,Spirometry , and Ear Lavage in a month? Does medicare reimburse  procedure for Ear Lavage , Spirometry and anoscopy? Appreaciate your help.

I would recommend that you search the CPT codes for those services in the LCD's and NCD's.

 Does anyone know why some of the procedure is not showing on LCD and NCD but it shows on  physician fee schedule? Thanks

If there isn't a document pertaining to that cpt then it won't come up in the LCD/NCD.  If you aren't finding anything you can always call Medicare and ask the customer service rep to help you search the LCD/NCD.  Sometimes they will be not so cooperative but I've actually had good luck and found them to be helpful.
