What revenue code would I use for 96360-intravenous infusion, hydration; initial, 31 minutes to 1 hour?  We are using 631 but Medicare states that we need an NDC# for this revenue code so that's why I am questioning if we are using the right revenue code or not.  Thank you for your help!
