Is there any UB 04 Billing Codes that identify if a patient is a 30 day Readmit?

We are getting word that this Oct, CMS is going to penalize hospitals for too many Re-Admissions. We are wanting to query and do some analysis of all of our 30 day Re-Admissions. What is the best way to define an account or claim as being a readmission within the last 30 days of their previous visit? I thought there was an Occurrence or Condition code that signified this, but all I see is a Occurrence code representing readmission of SNF within 30 days, not acute care facility.

I am not aware of an occurrence or condition code to indicate that.   :(
