How to bill home infusion for denial to medicare

I am new to billing for denial. I have tried several times to demand bill to DMERC. I bill electronically using 5010 system. I keep getting rejections. What am I doing wrong?

There is no way for anyone to help you without more details.  For example, what are they being rejected for?

lelli:
I do not know how to bill S-codes to medicare for denial so that I can bill secondary.

Michele:
You would just bill them the same as you would to any other carrier, just like any other cpt codes.

lelli:
CPT codes and S codes are very different. As a Pharmacy Provider I do not use CPT codes, therefore I don't know what coding to use.
