Does anyone know what modifier i should use for Medi-cal with cpt code 20610.

What are you trying to show? Modifiers are used to give additional information about a service or cpt code. There isn't a modifier that is 'assigned' to a cpt code. You need to indicate what you are trying to show.

I have billed out for a 99213, J1020 and 20610 to Medi-cal and they sent me a tar denial stating need a modifier on cpt code 20610 this is why i am confused. I did have the modifier 25 on the office visit.
