Obtaining patient info other than faxing and pick up services

I had a potential chiro who wanted me to do follow-up services. She insists on having me gain access to her computer system instead of her faxing over the patient info to me. We do not have the same software. Is this possible to do? If so, how?

Yes you can use gotomypc. Is she using an ASP or server software?

Thank you for getting back to me...Her software is called "Automate". I tried googling it and came up with no information. I am not sure if it is server based. Is "gotmypc" something that I down load? Is it safe to use?

I use gotomypc alot.  You don't need to download it, it is a web program.  You go to www.gotomypc.com and you can sign up for a free trial.  If you want to continue it is a monthly fee.  (I think $19.99)  You could always pass that on to the provider. 

I'm not familiar with automate, but maybe you could just have someone in her office show you around a bit.  I find most software programs easy to navigate if you just have the basics.
