Instead of GoToMYPC. use LogMeIn.com as it allows for your own Windows login on the host computer.
This is the biggest difference on both. HIPAA requires an audit trail.
You have your client set you up with your own Windows Login on the host computer. You then sign up for LogMeIn.com and you are able to login both to their server as well as the host.. so it's added security and the host computer has an audit trail.
