Need help - Contract

I have a question.
In a group of three providers, does every provider signs the contract (one or three contracts?) or just the leader signs the contract.

I have each one who will be giving me charge slips or daysheets sign the contract regardless of the practice setup. My attorney usually gives me the master one to represent the group and then smaller ones attached to be signed by each group member (Physician)
