Billing for Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehab (PFMR) or Bladder training

Hello,

Does anyone know how to properly bill for PFMR?  This is something new our doctor starting doing in his office and I'm trying to figure out how to properly bill for it. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
