Billing Question for 99183 - Hyperbaric Oxygen

Hi - I've found a similar question but not an exact match to the question that we have for this forum. We are a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Facility.

We own the chamber but not the physical office space (it is owned by the Hospital), do no pay electric etc. We pay our Providers and staff directly.

We are currently billing 99183 with a Place of Service 22 (Outpatient). From what I can see, this appears to be correct. Can someone help provide any insight to this?

Do you pay rent?  Or do you have some kind of arrangement for the space?  Even though you don't own the space I'm not sure you would not be considered an office location, even though you are located in a hospital.
