Thanks, saw it yesterday and a therapist uses it and would like me to help her out, it looks confusing and not user friendly.

everyone is different and has different likes and dislikes.  I did not have a good experience with both the software and tech support.  things may have changed over the last few years, but IMO, I would not even waste my time with it.

I have to echo this.. I also had clients who used it and were not happy with it at all.
