If i am charging a percent of of every claim processed it means fee splitting that is not allowed in NYC?

In NY it is illegal for a physician or healthcare provider to enter into a fee-splitting arrangement (ie; % of revenue/charges)

RoVeada:
How can I find out if my state does or does not allow this type of arrangement? thank you.  :)

You'll want to investigate your state laws on "fee splitting".
